Returns Policy

Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

 

Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods you want to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

 

Returned items must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item. 

Please note: 

The product is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 

The cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility.
